Between 1972 and 1978, her most recognizable part was as Emily Hartley on The Bob Newhart show. In 1989 Pleshette played Christine Broderick in the series Nightingales. From 1994 to 1995 she was Jackie Hansen's role on The Boys Are Back. Pleshette was a regular character in the show. Suzanne Pleshette is Maggie Briggs, Good Morning, Miami, 8 Simple Rules, Will & Grace. She was also a part of The Geisha Boy and The Birds. An Annie Award was presented to Pleshette for her performance in The Lion King II - Simba's Pride. Pleshette received nominations for two Golden Globe Awards.
